The personal training with Jake Huebner is amazing. He motivates me to do more than just a regular workout. I have worked out with him for 5 months and haven't repeated the same exercises during that time. He keeps you working and thinking what the next workout will be. The boot camps with Jake, Kat, Joey, Melissa and Justin are fantastic. They keep you motivated with encouragement, great workouts and lively music. All of this and you start with a path to success with a blueprint to health. This includes designing a eating plan that guides you to eat better and healthier. I have taken all their information and have lost 46 pounds in the 5 months that I have been doing it. I have never felt better in my life.
