I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
Got there 5 minutes after close because we weren't sure how late they were open. The employee outside asked if we knew what we needed, told us to come on in, walked us to the product we needed, and was incredibly friendly the entire time. Also, many items made in the USA. All-in-all a great hardware store!
Always helpful and some items were just as cheap as the big box stores
If you need to find something just ask. Very knowledgeable.
Ace Hardware in Muskego has been my sole source of tools, parts, and various supplies for 3 years. Mike Caplinger, the Manager is the epitome of great customer service whether I need (bulk) pricing, something he typically doesn't stock (he often can procure for me) or advice on how to best address a property issue. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and clearly well trained.
Employees are friendly and helpful and they help you with what you need. Much better place to go than the big box stores for things like fasteners. The big-box places often get you in the door with their sale prices on big expensive items and then charge way more for all the little things you need to install it.
