Very awesome place I see very great family camping the beach is amazing it's a nice park to explore the forest and get lost then try to find your way back awesome park only that the water is cold there were very racist people and only reserved areas were clean unreseverable were small and very unclean to much grass around it also the floor here is like not dirt at all it's rock you can secure the tent with those little things you have to hammer it not just step on.

Nice big fun park to visit. Groups can reserve pavilions for family functions. We went for a graduation party and the kids also had fun fishing there.

Very scenic trails great camping area. Natural swimming and fishing pond.

If the trails are muddy, walking the circle road of the park is a good alternative. It's about 1.1 miles long and gives you views of the reservable pavilions, the swimming pond, and the campground. There also appears to be volleyball courts, horseshoe pits and and field designated for archery. There is no playground.

Muskego County Park is part of the Waukesha County Park system, and therefore you need a yearly park sticker or a daily pass to enter with a vehicle. The park's biggest draw for me is the walking trails in the hardwood forest. You can walk for about an hour or more on the wood chip covered, crisscrossing loops. Some of the trail can be quite muddy after heavy rains and in the spring. At points of the trail you can forget you are in Muskego because of the woods, ponds or prairies. At other times, you can see the subdivisions the are on the perimeter of the park or hear Janesville Road.

Nice park for camping. Unfortunately for me, my idea of "roughing it" is a 4 star hotel
